Bookkeeping for RENTALS only
Are you too busy or ignor the business side of the business?
I love doing the books!

  • What you get:
  • YOUR BOOK of BUSINESS: will track all of your income and expenses. Where possible, entries are broken down to the unit and at a glance you can see the income/expense by unit. If you take housing vouchers, I also have that income separated out to easily track. It will be a great help at tax time!

  • BONUS - TENANT TRACKING- If you accept housing vouchers it tracks that also- if the tenant paid or the subsidy paid. Each tenant will have their own SODA (statement of deposit account). It also makes it easier to track security deposits and the for each tenant.

  • SERVICES:

    - monthly data entry of your bills

-assigning the expenses to specific buildings and to individual units where possible

-tracking long term expenses: example: mortgages and the breakdown of principal and interest

-tracking your current liabilities: example: security deposits.

    -fixed assets capitalized.

-all cash accounts reconciled from bank statements to books.

-If you take housing vouchers, I also have that income separated out to easily track.

-end of year reports to make it easy for your or your CPA to file your tax returns time effectively.

-includes emailing the tenants, with email addresses, a monthly statement and copying you on that email.

  • Basic Costs:

$25 per month per rental unit per building. Additional units in the same building $15 each.
